For Essence Festival of Culture 2024, Ask Mbuya served as the lead creative agency, overseeing Production Design, Post Production, Brand Implementation, and Campaign Execution across the festival’s expansive footprint. From concept to delivery, our team transformed the Essence brand into an immersive cultural experience—building stages, designing interactive installations, and producing content that brought the Essence mission to life across screens, spaces, and platforms. Ask Mbuya also led the deploymemt of the festival’s visual identity, creating a cohesive look and feel across print, digital, social, and on-site assets. Through bold branding, strategic campaign rollouts, and meticulous post-production, we helped Essence tell a unified story—celebrating Black creativity, excellence, and joy on a global stage.
